The Legal Hub centralises our core legal and compliance documents in one place while maintaining transparency across our platform.
What’s included:
- Website Privacy Policy – outlining how personal data collected through our website is processed and protected
- General Message Data Processing Agreement (DPA) – defining how message data is handled when APEX Messaging acts as a data processor
- WhatsApp Business Terms of Use – setting out the rules and obligations for customers using WhatsApp services via our platform
